America Trip

These are some of the pictures from our BEST club AMERICA trip! They are not in order of our trip dates...

In case you can't tell... this says, BEST with out bodies.

Baseball in Baltimore... it was fun to shop and see the sights of Baltimore... The YANKEES beat the Baltimore Orioles that day but too bad Matsui didn't play!!

This is our group with Dr. Ribbe who spoke on the creation of the universe. We visited Virginia Tech and had so much fun at Mark's old college.

Our students got to visit with last year SETer and old friend, Jason (and his wife Rachael). We also got to fly in a small plane over Smith Mountain Lake.

We got to visit Thomas Jefferson's house. Jefferson was America's third President and is most famous for writing the Declaration of Independence... here are the girls of BEST in front of Jefferson's beautiful house.

Joanna's parents joined the America trip for one week. Joanna begged her father to bring his guitar because she loves to hear him play.

It rained a lot in Virigina so we had to change some of our plans. One of the greatest things we did was rollerskating.

Horseback riding was a ton of fun... here's Mamoru

Jin looks like a natural cowgirl on her horse! Horseback riding was fun because you could ride as slow or as fast as you wanted.

Meeting old friends, including Kyle Runnels who was a member of "the Guys Club" in Sendai which is similar to the BEST club.

The America Trip was a blast and we all got to spend a lot of time together, building our friendships!
